Working with the land owners, SLC was able to successfully negotiate the sale of this prime real estate in the heart of the sunny Gold Coast.
The development has been designed by Plus Architecture consisting of 96 residential dwellings, communal outdoor pool and recreation area located on levels 10/1, associated parking and residents only dog park, located at 4 Fern Street ‘Halycon Place’, Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast.
